Our Story

SUG Con Consultancy Pvt Ltd is a one-window service provider for engineering, design, and planning of underground and sub-surface construction including tunnelling and mining. Founded by veterans of India’s most complex underground projects, the company brings together professionals with 30–50 years of hands-on field expertise.
Our team has been instrumental in shaping some of the country’s most critical infrastructure — from railway tunnels in the Himalayas to metro systems in metropolitan cities and underground mining operations across the subcontinent.

Brief Achievement Of Our Team

Principles that guide every project and decision.

Geologically unique projects to our credit are T-23, T-24, T-25, T-3 2 & T-33 of USBRL, J&K, NR and Malana-II, Teesta-III HEP, HP. Precise uniqueness are T-23 – 3.6 km and Box pushing near Red Fort under the 18-track train movement under 1 m burden
Through highly squeezing ground, T-24 , 1.2 km through low overburden of boulder& sandy strata partly squeezing deposit in saturated condition; T-25 -2.6 km low overburden through buried river at seepage make more than 300 lps, excavation with first pipe roofing about 25,000m, PU grout ; T-32 , 1.0 km through soil & boulder partially squeezing strata with frequent chimney formation and T-33, 3.1 km through most unique geology of karst condition , cavity of about 300m with high discontinuity geology of clay stone to lignite, dolomite, lime so on. Malana-II 600m PS, 3.5 km HRT through frequent cavity in adverse geology at high altitude.
