M.Sc (Geology) 43 years of experience , In a career span of 35 years primarily with Hindustan Zinc Limited gained experience from the entry level (Mining Geologist) at 3000 TPD Rajpura Dariba U/G (Pb-Zn) Mine to Head Geology of world-renowned Rampura Agucha 20000 TPD Lead-Zinc Open Pit Mine owned by Hindustan Zinc Ltd (Holding company- Vedanta PLC).Extensive experience in the development and management of exploration and mine projects, mine /prospect evaluation, resource modeling and auditing, due diligences, grade control, sampling, blending, ROM pad management, infill drilling, blast hole sampling and reconciliation. Strong assertive business acumen based upon well-established strengths including development and delivery of business plans, business analysis and risk assessments.
